This principle is also called “social proof.”  obtain advice from others before making a purchase. Hence, it is clear that marketing through social proof goes beyond the limits of word-of-mouth marketing , but rather includes overlapping forms of marketing, including: influencer marketing , resorting to reviews, and seeking the help of experts as a method that increases a person’s confidence about the product or service provided. For example: some rely on the blue tick on Instagram or Facebook. Book is a certificate that classifies its owner as an influencer or a trusted personality, which gives the customer peace of mind when making a purchasing decision.


The principle of loss aversion The basis for this principle is: People's preference criterion is based on avoiding losses and not increasing gains. Daniel Kahneman and Amos Tversky (Nobel Prize-winning psychologists) said phone number database that people value avoiding loss more than achieving gain.
